Wayne is a bicoastal angel investor in early stage technology businesses in the New Jersey and San Francisco Bay areas. He serves on a number of boards of directors and advisory boards. As a CEO, private company owner, and public company officer, his 40 years experience have encompassed general management, entrepreneurship, new ventures, mergers and acquisitions, advanced materials, electronics, environmental protection, specialty chemicals, energy conservation, technology transfer, and numerous other areas.
Wayne has BS, MS, and PhD degrees in engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA in marketing and international business from New York University.
