Dick’s 30+ year business career includes experience in pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device businesses on a global basis. He has extensive general management and marketing experience, with particular recent emphasis on the development and implementation of value creation strategies for new business ventures.
Dick’s experience is built on an initial 14 year tenure at Abbott Laboratories where he held a series of management positions with increasing responsibilities. He has held 5 CEO/Managing Director positions in 3 countries over the course of his career. Most recently, Dick was Managing Director of Merchant Banking at Burrill & Company.
